She knows the value and importance of leveraging and elevating your brand through consistent and cohesive communications at every touch point: website, social media, marketing collateral, PR, pitch decks and proposals, case studies, prospect calls and emails, and beyond.

Rachel’s work has directly impacted and brought in more than $1MM of new business annually for agency partners, establishing strategic relationships with notable institutions and organizations such as the University of Pennsylvania, Council for Thriving Children, Georgetown University, BDP International, and more.

Before stepping into the agency world, Rachel’s focus was marketing and corporate communications—flexing industries from luxury retail to business management consulting. While in these roles, she advanced partnerships with clients such as The St. Regis, Louis Vuitton, Hopkins & Company, Four Seasons Hotel, Porsche Experience Center, and more.

Her mission with Augusta Parrish is to foster growth for established and new agencies and businesses. We exist to help elevate brands we believe in—built by dreamers, doers, optimists, and explorers.
